mauve is a private hair salon located in Ebisu, Tokyo.
International guests are welcome to book selected services, including haircuts, hair treatments, head spa, and foot care.
If you are not comfortable communicating in Japanese, we can use a translation app during your consultation and appointment. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare for your visit and allow additional time if necessary.

外国人のお客様にも、ヘアカット、ヘアトリートメント、ヘッドスパ、フットケアなどのメニューをご利用いただけます。

Language Support
You do not need to speak Japanese to visit mauve.
If you are not comfortable communicating in Japanese, we will use a translation app during your consultation.
For services such as haircuts, where it is important to understand your preferences in detail, we will take the time to communicate with you carefully.
If you do not speak Japanese or are concerned about communicating in Japanese, please let us know when you make your reservation or after booking.
Knowing this in advance helps us prepare for your appointment.

日本語を話せなくてもmauveをご利用いただけます。
日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しいお客様には、翻訳アプリを使用してカウンセリングを行います。
特にヘアカットなど、ご希望を細かく確認する必要がある施術では、できるだけ丁寧にコミュニケーションを取りながら進めます。
日本語を話せない、または日本語でのカウンセリングに不安がある場合は、ご予約時またはご予約後にお知らせください。
事前にお知らせいただくことで、必要な準備をしたうえでお迎えすることができます。
How to Book
Please select your preferred service through our online booking system.
If you speak Japanese, you can make your reservation as usual.
If you are not comfortable communicating in Japanese, please contact us by email before booking or let us know after making your reservation.
If you have any questions about our services before booking, please feel free to contact us by email.
If necessary, we may contact you by email after your reservation to confirm your preferred language or details about your appointment.

ご希望のメニューを通常のWEB予約からお選びください。
日本語を話せる方は、そのまま通常通りご予約いただけます。
日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい場合は、ご予約前にメールでお問い合わせいただくか、ご予約後にその旨をご連絡ください。
メニューや施術について事前に確認したいことがある場合も、お気軽にメールでお問い合わせください。
必要に応じて、ご予約後にご希望の言語や施術内容について確認するため、当店からメールでご連絡する場合がございます。

If you are booking a haircut, bringing photos of your desired hairstyle will help us understand your preferences during the consultation.
If you have any concerns about your hair or scalp, please let us know before your visit or during your consultation.
mauve is a fully private salon where you can relax without other guests around.

ヘアカットをご予約のお客様は、ご希望のヘアスタイルが分かる写真をご用意いただくと、カウンセリングがスムーズです。
